Why did you sent her a message ref your original paperwork / quote ?

Personally I would have gone around with it to sort it out face to face but in a nice calm cool manner

Is it worth going around there and offering to finish job off (vaccing gutters) and taking care of any missed bits on conny (if there are any) ... she prob calmed down now and you as well  :) ...

stand you ground on whats been quoted.

would I go to court if the above don't work ... prob not as will take too much of your time up which could be better spent elsewhere im sure.

this is my conny web page link       http://www.h2oproclean.co.uk/conservatory-cleaning/

you will notice I list how I clean and what I use to clean ... I also tell them if the enquiry not from website

btw some of website still being updated but conny page is almost finished  :)

The length of time taken to do the job has nothing to do with the issue IMHO.

David is undergoing chemo which is very energy draining to say the least. How he is still cleaning windows is amasing. So its going to take him much more time to complete the job than a younger fit person. He will also know as I do that you can only charge what you think is a market related price for a job in that area.

Chemo affects your whole body including your mental ability and coherence. My brother in law says that his brain is fried and his last chemo treatment was 2 years ago.

As for conservatory and work did, to be honest it was a hard task. Do not want to go in chemo world.
But i have had this treatment for 10 years and will need lots more to keep things at bay,The stemcell transplant took my life twice with blood poisoning, I have signed up to a buddy list so people with the same type can talk to me when they feel upto it,
And the comment above as explained some facts.

But anyway i will die working rather than sitting around. But if anything these type of jobs are getting harder for me and fighting this women is not worth my efforts.

Yes i would have like my full money, But she offered something and at least if that offer was still available i would have donated it to Ward19 patient charity fund.
