Ok, this is a long shot, but it might be the only chance you have..........
All ISP's have by law to keep a record of all your emails, web browsing etc.. for inspection by Police,Council etc..... Now you also have a right under the data acts to have a copy of what information someone holds on you. I'm not 100% on the technicalities, but i'd think your ISP could provide you with a copy of what you sent. You could try and speak to them?

well started all data i had a list of projected profits which listed customers so its not been has bad im just struggling with debts so im asking for statements from clients hoping they will be understanding.

i have to say this is going to be the most testing time in business and with the losses ill make and the vat and coperatoin bill coming up i can see a real struggle, not that i havent got the work load and the load coming in but i always find debts harder to get in jan and feb and with my business expenses draining funds i know it will be tight.......BUT i know 2-3 months and my funds will be back to normal and all this mess will be behind me.

What a nightmare!!! Nothing constructive to add that hasn't been said already, but good luck. Hopefully your debt list will take care of itself as payments come in.

You are right, it doesnt work on your web rcwcleaning etc but it does work if you use www.ronberclear.co.uk/webmail

I notice you have a few web addresses. Try the one above.

Yes this will help, however a password can be removed within 15min if you know what you are doing. It is one thing you have to know when you repair computers as many people forget them.

u mean u lost all your custy details,  unless u have emailed them to yourself then no you cant

I've been using an external hard drive to back up my spread sheet, about once per month, and I always print off a hard copy too.  But the thing is, my external hard drive is noisy, so it's not normally plugged in, and sometimes I forget.

But this morning I e-mailed my spreadsheet to myself and it worked lovely; and it's a big document.

Thanks, BM, that was a simple but effective tip; in fact I don't know why I didn't think of it myself!  ;D ;D

Ronnie, I hope you get it sorted out.

I am fortunate enough to have a family member who works with companies in data storage & protection against loss or theft. After reading about the situation you are in, i have discussed in detail some data storage & security options. As mentioned earlier, dropbox is free and syncs automatically. All contacts & email (Outlook) can be exported and backed up on dropbox (mine are on a exchange server so i have multiple copies on all devices (phone, laptop, desktop, etc), all accounts backed up daily. Alongside this another automatic backup to a external hard drive on site. Have you considered a fire on site?, so off site is a must.
Should the worse happen what about this, http://preyproject.com/ to at least try to catch the low life?
All the best with your data recovery though.

Really sorry to read about your situation.

It has made me reconsider my back up policy from whenever I can be bothered to at least once a week.

A manager of a business this size, in this situation, would be blamed and sacked.

I suppose its something that we know we should do, but sometimes dont.  I feel for Ronnie, its a terrible situation to be in, trying to piece things together.  But you just have to do the best that you can and try and resemble things thats all.  When your flying around doing different things, sometimes its not the main thing on your mind.  But hope Ronnie that your getting somewhere to getting the records together.  Just a blip Ronnie, things will get back on track
