ronnie i treated their work as my own m8 true as i spk
im 100% m8 i cudnt bring myself to miss windows or da like

type or guy never ad a holiday il give them credit they
always sed at end ov yr we owe u 3wks money etc
i was like my own man if u get me i was left to
complete my work n if i didnt i did in my own time
my run for them covered 1000 miles a wk , wud i still be there
i dont know was on my own for 10yrs prior to
working for them then ad an almighty push to go
bak on my own after our last daughter was scared yes started wiv 1
house so may ov bin security was a facture , but fr my exp m8
i was that employee who turned over i.5k every week
n it took em all their time to give me a replacement RUBBER!!!!!!!
miss me i think so send 2 men now to cover my work
but i dont think they knew what they had !!!!!!!!!!!!!

thinking off it their expenses my wage 300 wk
van was leased 100 wk + vat
diesel say 165 wk leaving them approx 900 a wk

Gav iv got a mate thats a building site manager in wrexham....he works for bovis. He said thats hes just been working on a site down there (36 houses) and their is no window cleaner on there but only 10 people have moved into the houses so far! Ill try and get a postcode off him and pass it on to you. Maybe abit more work for you so you wouldnt need to sub off me

Anyone with an ounce of business ACUMEN would be able to sit down and calculate what an employees turn over would be!

its not about working it out you fool i currently know what mine earn but i wanted to see if how good/bad they were in regrads to work turnover. you havent a clue
