We use citrus pre-spray and ultimate master with anti-foam in the tank.
Gives fantastic results everytime ;)

I'd agree that ultimate master is excellent, but a little pricey

I use Ultimate Master but we do not want to start another Fan Club.

I find it excellent but from Time to time experience the same problem as Garry.

I thought it had anti foam in it.

Now can the Genuine fans tell me this

According to the tub it is meant to be a Pre Spray aswell.

Like CleanEast I often use Citrus Pre Spray but why?

Where does Promite Pre spray Fit in is it instead of Citrus Pre spray if so its nowhere as good at cleaning the carpet.

Are The Healthy Home Leaflets now available ?

Ian,
We were at Alltec last week, no healthy home leaflets, instead they e-mailed it to us to print out ourselves ???
As regards ultimate master as a pre-spray have tried it only once, and was less than impressed with the results :( >:( :( >:(
We purchased Promite pre-spray but have not used it yet, does it perform poorly then Ian ???

Thanks Adam

James,
The Healthy Home leaflet is a double sided A4 leaflet folded into 3. It is designed to introduce customers to the home maintenance programme, although We use it just to increase our Promite sales.

Thanks Adam

not many using power burst then, not on wool of course. then ultimate master which i thought only softens the water to allow the water to pass through fibres easier, same as washing powder does.  am i right with that?

Adam,

Try  Promite Pre Spray it and let me know what you think.

I was not impressed on traffic lanes I think its main purpose is to napon the mites and other creatures.

But then you have got the supper dupper attachment so it might work for you.

Regards

Cleaning Co.

Which powder are you using that foams up? I have been using Ultimate Master for nearly 5 years and I have never had it foam up!! What dilution are you using? Are you using a separate pre-spray?

easy john  lol,  when its empty i fill it with persil!! but its stll got lot in the tub,i use one scoop per fill, perhaps its the high heat that makes it foam bad? but it foams real bad for me, if iam using the auto empty punp the vacs will shut off before the auto kicks in now that lot foaming

has no one used the new power burst/high heat powder from prochem then ?
