i disagree think you can say to a point, i like to work with hot water around 70c, most customers are 30 - 50, for me its pretty rare that i feel a custys water does not need further heating, if a custys waters 60 or 70 thats hot enough,
if you not got temp gauge, i call hot (70) when you would nt like to keep a finger in for more than 2 secs, 30-50 i would call warm you could put your whole hand in that.
very unscientific i know..
