scrubba delux

hi there just wondered if anyone would be able to help me out on this?
ive brought 2 extracta scrubba delux's in the last week both are used and  both apear identicall howerer 1 is twice as loud as the other, is this normal?, or does it suggest a fault in one of them? they both appear to work ok but ive only had a little go and im new to this so dont really know wat to expect

The noise will be coming from the drive arm bearing either at the motor end or the off-set block end, change the bearings.

cheers Glynn, would you say my best bets to take it back to extracta then or is it something simple that can be done elsewere?
do you know if alltec repair things like this as they are quite local to me,

Simple,
take the cover off
loosen the screws and remove the drive arm
place the drive arm over a socket thats slightly larger than the bearing
place a socket or a drift/tube etc on the outer of the bearing and tap it free
take the bearing to ANY bearing supplier and buy a new one
gently drift it into place
re assemble

job done it takes minutes.
