i clean windows for a woman across the road but keeps saying she wants them drying as it leaves marks on the windows.
Do i tell her to get someone else?
 do i traditional the bottoms?

I have never had anyone else moan,i cleaned one yesterday and picked up 3 more as they were so impressed!
everyone else has told me how great they look! its only £10 every 4 weeks.
 cheers for advice!

have you seen the marks for yourself? ask if you can see them so you can work out if its your method or not

If it was me I would pop back a few hours after cleaning them next time to see if there are any problems.

Try once more and if she's only across the road, keep an eye on them.

yes but sometimes certain windows wont clean up as well with wfp, it may be a vent or something that you cant see, is it a top floor or ground?

just what im thinking,it upsets me if someone moans as everyone else praises me for doing a great job.
im doing leafleting tommorow and knocking saturday so think if that goes well i clean them once more and if she moans i will say get another window cleaner who wont clean your sills frames or doors, smile and walk off.
