faulty ionics battery
« on: April 20, 2010, 08:00:46 pm »
Why was this post locked ??
I'm so glad I've never had the opportunity to buy the crap this company sell and to have to deal with the pathetic after sales service they offer !!

I've had a few friends that have been screwed over by them, plus all the posts you see on here !!

I have a wonderful system supplied by another company for a tenth of the cost of an ionic system. I've had no problems with it for 4 years (unlike my friends) and I feel that people need to be warned to shop around !!!!

anyway, I hope you get the problem sorted . . basically my friends just kept on and on . . . and on . . . and on. Got somewhere in the end but still didn't get everything sorted. Why pay more for less ?? !!!!!!

I've built a few in the past, around 2002, and used to sell them up in Bradford. Can't be bothered now, although I have a few bits and pieces I could cobble together, you never know........

Please dont post in this way - we all have good and bad experiences with suppliers and it will get discussed.

However, saying - "I'm so glad I've never had the opportunity to buy the crap this company sell and to have to deal with the pathetic after sales service they offer !!""' is not acceptable - if you have a problem deal with the supplier direct - dont mud sling on here - i am sure we have all also had problems with our own customers and wouldnt appreciate them being able to come on here and state their one sided story.

There is always a way to look for help on a forum with products without going down this road and if you arent able to put across a valid criticism without resorting to blatant incitement, then please dont post at all, it helps no one.

You are all responsible for what you post and you know what you are writing - this sort of thing will mean your account will be restricted and then if it carries on your account will be deleted.
