i was thinking today and thought i would share this with you all, on the slip of paper you leave at the custy when they are not there when you clean the windows .
put three or four tick boxes ......

1 windows outside only
2 windows inside and out
3 gutter clean
4 conservatory roof clean

then when the custy reads it they will say OH i did not know you did gutters or insides too can you do mine ,
this will genarate more work more money for yourself,  GOOD INIT.

im going to try it see what happens.

surely if there not in, you wouldnt of been able to do the insides
