Got to quote on an external clean on an industrial unit, with cladding panels which they want cleaning.
Question is, how would you recommend I best approach this?
TFR + WFP?
Pressure washer with LONG lance?
Pressure washer of cherry picker (they have on site already)?

Depends on how dirty it is.
If it is caked with dirt or lichen then I would go down the pressure washing route, if it is not too bad then wfp.
For me, it would also depend on the way the cladding lies, if it has horizontal ridges, then wfp may not clean it as quickly or as effectively as pressure washer.
Good luck

If you can use their cherry picker, use it.
You can either take up a small WFP or/and a pressure wash gun, best of both worlds.
Thats what I would do

I always use poles for cladding , its miles quicker than using a lance

depends on type of cladding or the coating, if using chemical always apply chemical from the bottom upwards.
