i have a 100 metre hose and reel,250 litre tank in the van,my xline trolley will be fixed in my van when i get time,i will just take battery out to charge it and bring it in,in the winter,i have bought a john hewitt backpack to use when i have one that is not possible with the reel.
I like my trolley but do get fooked off sometimes lugging it about.

Yep, 30 meters of microbore on the hose reel attached to the trolley,
It's easy to do too.
I used 2 pieces of aluminium angle, drilled both of them in the same place, put one one one side of the sack truck, the on the on the back side and bolted them together.
If your with me so far, you have a couple of pieces of angle bolted together, acting as a clamp through the frame.
You then need a flat piece of alli plate to bolt onto the angle, you now have your platform to mount your hose reel.
You will have to put a small piece of plate onto this platform, and drill through both the plate and the platform in 2 places.
Then put the reel on the platform and run the drill though these holes and the base of the reel, the  small plate goes inside the reel, and you place two bolts through the small plate and the reel, and the platform,  tighten up. job done.
Tip, put the bolts through from inside the reel, and put nuts on them before putting them through the platform, put 2 more nuts on from the underneath of the platform. If you do this you can easily remove the reel and the bolts will be in the right place when you put it on again.
I use wing nuts underneath the platform for this very reason.
