wcp debt list
« on: April 01, 2010, 06:11:36 pm »
can anyone tell me the exact use for this reconcile option and how you would use it..i hate it now that it lists every individual debt instead of overall total ie, if some one owes you for 3 cleans it now shows every clean instead of a grand total like it used to. i much prefer the old debt list.

Another benefit of reconciliation is that you can now age each debt and a lot of our customers levy a late-payment surcharge which us now easy to establish if a customer exceeds any credit terms you have with them.

thanks for the reply ywcs...

brad or ian is it possible to go back to the old version of wcp as none of the updates are really of any use to me and don't want the new debt list.
i see the thing about the age of each debt but it would be allot better if it just highlighted the debt when it became overdue as i allow 14 days before i consider a debt being overdue however wcp puts them overdue from day 1 and there is just no need to have every individual debt listed.

thanks paul

just to go off topic slightly here.... :P

How does the new invoice work?? before update you could add info onto invoice so it related to specific work carried out - this function seems to have gone  ???

any suggestions here guys!
