wet hands

when am using my wfp pole,  water seems to run down the pole wetting my hands,  have checked for leaks and there is none,  is this just a drawback to wfp and nothing i can do except wear gloves,

i find the same thing happening, my hands were freezing during winter using the pole. got myself some gloves now.

Extend your pole further and step back thus imcreasing the angle, water has capillary action so will find the easiest route down, step back with the pole and the shortest/easiest route down is vertically - Simples ;)

If you only use one angle adapter the brush is still almost in line with the pole, so any water which gets to the edge of the brush will run down the pole.  Put another angle adapter on the first one, or even another two.  This will move the brush away from the pole so water will drop off the edge of it and not run onto the polel.

Works fine and a lot cheaper than a gooseneck.

once the summer gets here it wont be so bad as the water is warmer and wont be wearing a jacket so it wont wet the liner or the coat so soaked all day...

guys heres an idea, just buy a plunger take the pole of, and put this on your pole, no more wet hands  ;D

Tie a small strip of scrim round the top of the pole just where the brush joins the angle adapter so that about three inches hang down. The water will reach it and it will drip from there rather than down the pole.

Your hands will get wet, your a window cleaner. Serously doode. Wear latex gloves at all times. Trust me your wife will thank you.
