I don't use gloves but I have a hot WFP system, which is ideal for when it gets a bit too cold. I have done this job so long, when there was only leather and scrims and brass squeegees, I always used to teach my lads that after the first painful hour, your hands just get used to it, but try to keep them as dry as possible, but don't dunk them in hot water in the bucket, no matter how much you want to.

Some of the gloves available on various websites do look ok though, I might give them a try, as I am getting older
