None to be honest cozy, was just saying,if they did which they haven't i have free day to do so,

I'd rather rectify a mistake,(which we all must do at one time or other),than have a unhappy custy

Ah nelly, sorry mate, it seemed that you were saying that you got callbacks, that's why I asked how often. Had me worried there, thought your custies were taking the micky. Most guys on here that give a rain guarantee restrict it to 24 hours. No probs.

sensible post as always Cozy,

I have worked in the rain now for a long time when I say rain that means light or heavy, can remember being told you cant do that on here I am so glad I listened the the voices in my head  :-X, because it can be done.

it has rained here this week for half the time, I am ahead of work as i'm having friday off, Customer smile and laugh when I clean in the rain, they also know there is no problem with it,

I just ask new customers to trust me and let me prove it to them.
Will always go back shoul;d there ever be a problem on any of my work rain or shine, I have been called back a couple of times and many will know the answer when I got there (they have not called me back since and still clean there windows)

Get some good waterproofs, light and breathable also a baseball cap helps a great deal  ;)

good post here guys,

i think the real million dollar question is what do you do with a custy that says NOT TODAY, even after all the explaining?

In the past i have cut my nose off to spite my face and thrown custies away because of this.

but as cozy said 50 or 400 custies how would you react and that's right the more custies you have the less it bothers you.

I have about 220 i think i could fit in a least 50  more.

I to was going to send a letter to someone, as i sat there scribbling it out, it just seemed so petty.

I can not make people do what i want; but as long as there alright majorighty of the time then thats fine.
Miss ago see you in 5-6 weeks, i always enjoy saying that after the not today :D

I have said that a couple of time.  Ok see you in a month then but as I am still increasing my round and paying debts off from my heavy drinking days I need every customer I have.  I do tell ALL new customers I work in light rain so they have no come back.

Ah welll off to work and get some leaflets dropped this evening.
