How to price part of a round to sell??

Hey everyone, Im thinking about selling off a part of my round, how do you go about pricing it?? Do you just ask what they earn you a month?? its only 23 residential, currently done trad.

How compact the work is
Well priced?

etc...

Up here in Cumbria, there has been rounds for sale, three times the monthly value. But further south, some folk as for 10 times the monthly value.

Cheapest is £6.00 for a couple of small bungalows, rest average out between £7.50 & £8.50. Fairly compact in that the work is basically split between two estates on the opposite site of a main road in hereford

i sold some work last year that was compact wfp sold iy for 5 cleans which made me a nice 12k
