Totally agree with you, although we do not collect payments. Whern I did collect I always had uniform on, the card is a great ideal, maybe Jeff off the acedemy (he does printing) could look into providing everyone these badges

the point is - the Bank wouldn't give me cash without photo id, pref drivers licence!  Admittedly it was a few quid.  But just moving with the times, it's what is expected today.
