1001 carpet cleaner put me in hospital today with breathing problems and severe cramp in my hands. Probably due to the amount i used in an enclosed space.

But its great for bringing up upvc white... Just dont use too much !

In the army I poured bleach onto a bog floor and a mate of mine poured some powder cleaning agent on top of the bleach (it was our block job to clean the bogs).  The bleach 'fizzed' and produced chlorine gas - very poisonous - and we ended up donning respirators (gas masks) to clean it up while the rest of the lads had to vacate that area of the barrack block.

What larfs!

We nearly got a kicking for that!

That`s dedication to the job  .

I was cleaning my carpet by hand. Was too late to go rent a machine as b&q had shut.

I found out how good it cleans because i got some on the bottom of the patio doors. When i realised i wiped it off and they came up really clean.

Shame i had to walk out of the hospital though as the doctor was like hitler. Im ok now... 6 hours later
