flocked brushes have split end so have fluffy feel.
alot of vikan early brushes were flocked as they are designed to clean vehicles, so soft brush won't scratch paint work.
unfortunately flocked traps dirt particles, you need to lift and rinse well to avoid spotting.
I now use monofilament brushes (un-flocked) these do not trap dirt particles (or nowhere as bad)
I don't really like double trim brushes, not saying they dont work but i'm a belt and braces guy.
I like to see a good rinse on the glass.
thinking of getting supalite brush soon, will be single flock monofilament (white bristles)
i currently use vikan sill brush i love this but gonna try zensorfex fish pole idea soon, bit worried sill brush gonna be too heavy

well done mate for trying new brush on your own windows, could of upset a few custy's there
