Leaking windows?

Has anyone had trouble with customers windows leaking? Have heard this could be a potential problem with pure water fed systems on older windows.

its usually a knackered window, when on trad, if seal is knackered u can avoid it, but on wfp u spray all over, so more likely to show up,

A the good old harris pole conversion!
If he put an on/off valve at the top of the pole before the v, he could have switched the water on and off without dropping the pole!
