My landlord sorts out business premises and i pay him just under £500 a yr.
For contents i use insurance for business who will get you the best quote and they found a company called glenham and to be honest i cant remember how much i pay a year but im positive its no more than £200/£300 a yr.

hi ian
we use allied insurance it covers buildings and contents including all our machinery etc and is just under £1000 a year, you will also need to take into consideration business rates again ours is about £1000 a year our electric is about £400 a year and gas about £500 i hope this helps.
