white marks/spots block paving

one of my window cleaning customers woud be interested in a large driveway clean however the drive has lots of white spots (i rhink its effloressence) or sumfin does pressure washing remove these or are they permanent???

if they are permanent wat products may be worth tryin to remove them???

id imagine it must be ten years old blocks have lost that smooth look to them i think i cant say i really looked that closely!!

Efflorescence is when salt comes out of the material. It normally comes out about 3-6 months and is then gone after 8-12 months (roughly). So i doubt that the white marks are this!!! Have you got any photos?
