Anybody tried this???
« on: March 22, 2010, 09:34:17 am »
Did a couple of carpets in a rather large bungalow Thursday.
Afterwards over a cup of coffee and chatting about the stain I'd
removed in the process the owner beckoned me to another room.
Told me she had spilt half a bottle of red wine and showed me where.
Not even a hint and the carpet was an off white, you wouldn't have known
anything had spilt
Apparently she covered the area with ice and left for about 45 minutes,
hoovered up the remnants and the stain had gone.

Didn't test it 'cos I wasn't cleaning it so no probably not.
They were a quite affluent couple though and the other 2
were wool.
How's your leg getting on Mark and how is wheelie bin
business going.
