Tender price....HELP!!!!
« on: March 17, 2010, 08:01:23 pm »
Hi Guys,

Am new on here so please be gentle!!!! ;)

I have been asked to quote for 8500m2 of wall cleaning to 14 blocks of flats 3 stories high, for a building contractor to put to tender. There will be scaffolding on site. They want me to mask up the windows and wash the walls with fungicidal wash.

So the big question is guys..... HOW MUCH?

Need to give them a price by Thursday morning!!!

Cheers
Alan

i hate pricing as i need the work so i always worry about pricing to high and losing it but end up kidding myself when i get the work and regret not charging more.  :'(

There is a big price difference between £1 - £2 so why not split ot £1.50 ;)

if they want the price so quick, when do they want the work doing??

you migbt be able to charge a premium if they are in a hurry.
