there is no excuse not to swap over in this day and age, even if it means taking a loan out. and the extra money from quicker better priced work will soon pay it off. to be quite honest most of my cust houses have to be wfp as i couldnt reach them eitherwise.

think of the benefits

better knees and backs (not sure about necks though, ask me in 10 years time)
more earnings
safer
more custies
3rd storey access
shorter working days (if you wish)
anyone add to that?

How you going to hide a ruddy ladder, at christmas you could decorate it with tinsel and pretend its a christmas tree, but the rest of the year you will be buggered ;D

thats strange because i always get houses that arent happy with ladder monkeys and want a window cleaner that cleans the moden way and leave windows cleaner for longer with pure water and not with ladders and fairy liquid thatlook a mess after a day or 2 when it rains.
Every customer i speak to loves the pure water! ;D

If you paased this job onto another trad cleaner and he done a p pore job what excuse would your customer use then.

Wfp is a tool to clean windows, the same as a squeegie, if they are not used correctly then the standards of clean will be tainted

So, have they had other WFP`ers that they are not happy with as well then, or are you swiping trade from the trad fella`s, similar to undercutting?
