omnivac gutter vac maintenance

is there any special maintenance you have to do to keep your gutter vac in top condition ever since iv bought mine 2nd hand i dont think its working too full power is there any filters hidden in the hood part that need cleaning it could be a blockage in the hose but i dont think so as weve had pressure washers blasting thru it
