ive ordered some gg3(im in a soft water area) and im gonna see how i go with it.ive always used green fairy but as im planning to go wfp around august time.do you think itll be better for when i do go wfp?as in easier to wash the soap out of the seals?

any of you guys wfp and trad that still use fairy?for instance:

wfp one month then trad the next month due to very cold conditions for example on bottom windows(water issues)does it take longer to clean if you wfp them after a trad clean due to soap residue?higher risk of spotting etc??is it better if you use a proper window cleaning detergent when tradding?

any thoughts and experience on this one guys??

First cleans always take longer pal spend the time and the second and following cleans are very easy and fast.just remember scrub rinse.and on most jobs I find wfp faster than trad but that's just my opinion

GG3 is much better, when you clean a window that has been cleaned with fairy, you can tell, the glass bubbles slightly

i honestly cannot see the point of trad 1 clean then wfp the next then the next trad, its better to stick to the WFP,

having said that, i can see the point in wfp upstairs and trad downstairs, its how i did it for years, it works well, the customer doesnt go into shock when you leave the windows wet and they get used to the idea AND you can get by with under 200 L a day if you just wfp upstairs, i used to get through less than 150 L most of the time

any thoughts and experience on this one guys??

I told all mine that the kit was going to cost me a lot of money but I would not increase their price's. All I asked for was for them to give me three cleans and if they were not happy after the three I would go back trad.
One asked after the three cleans and I passed it on to a local trad cleaner.
Went from 200 custies to 320 for not much extra time in the first year.
First cleans did have me questioning if it was the right thing to do though

i`ve not had any problems with my first cleans and i used fairy. i did alot of extra rinsing and the results were good. im on my second time round now with wfp and have found today a street that takes 8 hours took 5 hours today and perfect results. couldn`t of made a better choice to swap over

ive always used fairy and changed over without any problems. i have also on occasion trad cleaned a window and went back to wfp and no problems. the only other advice would be to wipe the top frame clean before changing over,

i have seen the bubbles mentioned when wfp a window but that is down to impatient customers who clean the front window a few days before i am due, but after 4 weeks there is no bubbles

thanks guys!matt im planning on cleaning wfp on all windows but surely not in winter if its freezing!i will have to go out and do some work if we have a winter again like this one! :

i might go out with trad pole in icy weather or just wfp the upstairs and trad downstairs due to freezing issues.

i cant sit in the flat waiting for the weather to get better for months!

how do you guys with cold water systems get on in cold weather?surely the custy doesnt like you spraying water everywhere when its very cold!i still need to go out and earn!!
