 Now i don't know what to make of this guy, bear with me. I am about to start canvassing for customers for my very own round and the other day i was practising on my own property when a guy walked up quite close.
                 "We don't need any more window cleaners around here, hoppit"

        I wondered what to make of this and explained i was just starting out, finding my feet before canvassing for my own round.

             "We don't need any more guys like you, clear off" He continued. He then pointed at my car with the roof racks and carried on "Your car is now known to me and it can be 'done' at any time" !!! And with that he was off.

          What was all that about ? It was my own house and i haven't even got any customers yet !!! But it won't deter me- not at all.

           Well i did feel like imposing my 5ft6 frame and scaring him but i'll leave that for another day !!! Actually attempting to report someone like this is a waste of time in my opinion- nobody else was around at the time.

Report him, he will change his mind when the police knock on his door.  If you suffer malicious damage to your car in the future you will already have a police report to chase up.

I once had a lot of trouble from dole cheat window cleaners.  Undercutting me by half and claiming I had packed it in and sold my round to them, etc.  I started carrying a camera in the van, and if I saw them working I would take a picture, making sure they saw me.

They would ask me what I was doing, but I didn't get involved in arguments, just walked away.  They got the message, moved on and I didn't get anymore trouble.

If you get any more people threatening you, or even the same one again, make sure you have a camera with you.  That way you can show the police a photograph of the person using threatening words and behaviour towards you.  It's an offence, even if they don't attack you and they can be prosecuted and could even get a prison sentence if the threats are bad enough.

These people are usually cowards, very brave when they think no-one knows who they are, but will not be so brave if they think you can identify them.

Don't play their game - if you threaten them back you could be prosecuted yourself, especially if there are more than one of them to witness your threats.

The next windy cleaner that trys that on me had better back it up I have a theory 1 day 1 will try his luck and I am going to let him.then am going to phone the police and have him charged and then am going to a solicitor and have a injunction took out on him to keep away from me and the round he is trying to get me off

see bully's thrive on getting a reaction, all you are doing is fuel in them for more, they rely on intimidation as there main point of attack, bully's ain't the quickest of the block but not dumb either,

i'll tell you now anybody threatens me and i uphold the gracie challenge! which by the way has been going for around 100 yrs in brazil.

basically i challenge them on the spot  to a one on one fight no holds barred
