a customer told me in sept last year that they are having some building work done so skip next months i couldnt do them in oct due to the work still being done the same nov in dec they were out xmas shopping jan was cancelled due to the snow feb they were away friday i turn up having taken them off the books her husband stops me in the street " you had better get down to our place pretty sharpish shes not happy with you " which i laughed at
i get opposite her place she comes charging out shouting " you'd better be doing mine today " i explained ive had to replace her with someone else as its been so long since shes had them done
" you havnt done them for 7 months "she shouted " i couldnt get access due to the over running building work and then the weather and her being out and that they now have a new fence with a locked gate"
"do them today or i will get someone else "
"ok no problem thank you for your custom "
they really do think we need them and they are the only customers we have
rant over !!

Whats the problem ... why not just do them and tell them it'll be double as they are so dirty. That way you are making more than usual and keeping an extra customer.
If another window cleaner comes into the street you may lose more than just that one customer!

richy the look on her face was a picture she knows shes shot her self in the foot as the way her husband has designed the new front no ladder guy will be able to reach them and they are leaded   there is another w/c'r in fact a duo who work together who do her sister after i dumped her 18 months ago for non payment in that time ive gained 3 new customers on that street im really now worried my business is going off in a different direction now
