fascia & conservatory roof season... Applying tfr etc ?

With the weather picking up I think were going to get a lot more fascia and conservatory roof cleaning coming through.
Last year I made up a sprayer on a pole, but it leaked like hell.
Anyone made one up that doesn't leak ?
Pictures and a rough guide would be good. Sure it won't just help me, but many on the forum.

I love the first one. It shows that water flow is just as important as water purity. This is why I use the customer's outside tap rather than my pure water for conservatory roofs and sides. Then I just finish off with pure.
