I would not give more than £300.000 for it and that is being generous. I would have though they would have had more drying equipment than what they have got.

The owner has done well if he gets anywhere near the asking price ,, he came out of the army to start that Chem-dry franchise, it is a slick setup, and he still retains the premises.
