Autosol, now that brings back memories of vigorously rubbing away with a bit of old rag to get the chrome wheel rims nice and shiny on my pushbike, when I was a kid.  :)
If there isn't enough time to do the job right,  how do we find the time to go back and do it again when the customer is not happy ?   Do it right the 1st Time.

I would try rubbing compound followed by t cut. The rubbing compound has more of a coarse texture that will remove deeper scratches, but the fine abrasive grit will create fine scratches that can be removed with t cut.

The third ingredient is a healthy supply of elbow grease.
