« on: March 06, 2010, 12:53:27 pm »
after almost a year have finally sold the house renting somewhere local for a few months til the kids finish the school year and are moving to the costa blanca in july a smallish  place called quasada
i intend setting up over there window cleaning could be a good earner as bang in the middle of 2000000 ex pats
house is paid for and someone is running by round over here so still have a small income if things are hard
anyone know anyone working the area

just down the road from there is Benijofor. I have seen english window cleaners doing the bars and restaurants on an estate called Benimar. Don't know how much work they got or anything, but if you go in TJ's in Benimar, I'm sure they will give you the number for them.
i just searched for TJ's on google and their phone number is on there if you wanted to call.

yes the tax system if a company is a pain it works a little different in you are self employed fixed rates in advance etc i lived there 9 years ago for 2 years
you get used to the system after a while and soon learn the fiddles like everywhere else
they are poop hot at the moment over there regarding not having the correct papwork to work as over the last 20 years the system has been caned and abused now they want there money back particually from the brits
2 friends of mine have been busted in the last few weeks one for doing building work with no papers 1000 euro fine and 15000 euro fine for running a illegal bookies and staff had no papers in the bar-they also took his licence over night and blacklisted him
i see a window cleaning co for sale last year in the area i think the lad was running 2 businesses there and plymouth but is was sold just after i found it

cheers for the lead i know the town and the bar i get me mother to pop in over the weekend she is only about 10 mins from there
she doesnt need much of a excuse to enter a pub
