The monthly cost after 12 months on url name and 1 year hosting, would I have to pay that on any website I had done ?

Still a bit of a newbie with websites so not sure.

yep.

1 year hosting is about £50 and your url is about 3 or 4 quid (.co.uk) for 2 years and a bit dearer for .com

i'm prob just being a little too picky but when you see errors like spelling mistakes, links that go no where (click and of the bottom 3 links to the right hand side, http://www.kireth.com/w3.html), and page not found (http://www.kireth.com/aboutus.html - click about in footer on homepage, http://www.kireth.com/Joomla.html - click joomla on home page), and uses what i think is a template (can't be bothered to searchbut sure i've seen that before, and that the site is poorly designed from the back end making it un-necessarily hard to update resulting the more problems and cost, on a website that is trying to sell websites, it's not a great way to sell your services. of course we all make mistakes(go looking on mine i'm sure you'll find them) and at £99 i suppose you can accept that there would be a few minor ones, it's just something to note and if someone goes with them maybe keep an eye out on as the owners don't appear to be on their own. it's kind of like going to a article proof readers website and finding poorly written sentences like "alright mate welcome to me website, i do proof reading customers for all tpyes of bits of texts etc for a great price"

edit: at least they have a decent page rank of 1 out of 10. shows a good amount of seo has gone into that website selling seo services
