had this happen to me some years ago, the custys now know that only me collects payments. if the people are in i would get paid while i was still on their property not before like in the program or after im half way down the street

Had that once, 'some guy with a pram had a book and everything, told me you were ill' the custy said.

Did he know how much it was, or my name I asked.
'No I told HIM.'

And I made sure I still got paid.

just been thinking about this, the customers are obviously new. so wouldnt these cleaners knock like the hustler and ask the same question again, not clean the windows first then ask for payment.

if they were current custies, then the hustler would have to know in advance the ones to knock?
