No other trade like it!......

It will never fail to amaze me how window cleaning is always a "growth industry"

anyone can start up at any time & with perseverance can build a business.

For there to be all thus floating work out there, is it a case of totally lax & unorganised windies?

Is this all gonna change as we become mire professional?

Grab them custies & hold tight.

there are lots of window cleaners all pay cash in hand and the owner only puts himself through the company. i clean for a tax inspecter & i was telling him there making more cash than me, he said give me car reg and name of the firm & i will put a stop to it. there is one firm been going 30 years and his two lads are cash. i worked for him when i was a boy & he said i was self employed, i went to work for my dad & had to pay over £3.000 in tax /ni i was sick

I think there are an awfull lot of 'lazy' windowcleaners out there me included. There is so much potential to be had ifyou can keep up the initial drive you have when you start up.
I tend to start later and later these days and finish far too early.  ;D
I'd never cope with a full time job any more.
