Hi

Yes we do credit checks on all our clients. They have to fill in an account application form, which they would list all their company details, bank accounts etc. On the form too is a place to list two major companies with whom they have trading facilities with, including details of how long the account has been open and how large the account is. We then contact the parties involved and get them to tell us how good their accounts are and that they are good payers etc etc.

Once an account has been opened, however, we set a level for that company and as long as they keep paying and the invoices are under that set level, we can do their work. Once they go over that credit level.....no more work until they pay!!

That is basically how we run our credit accounts and checks.

Regards
