just bought a brodex wfp used it 12 times the triggers p water all over me when i pull them,the yellow hose reel elbow snapped,the yellow hose got a rip in so im losing pressure ,the silver resim housing is hanging off the water unit,the 2 tap ends have fell off,and to top it off it wont fill through the manifold the water is all going through the waste so i have to fill it through the lid which is not good what are your experinces with brodex?

Always had good dealing wiht brodex, i like there stuff, i have the eco trolley and the pump was making a funny noice, so they jsut sent a new one out next day, great serivce.

Give them a call and see what they can do.

Do you get commission from Brodex? Every time there is a Brodex post you add how good they or their products are

Well i would say i do the same, i find brodex a great company to deal with, We dont tell all the DIY people to stop going on about there DIy systems,

I have found the customer service at Brodex to be spot on: I had a pump switch go faulty and had a very minor leak from the bottom elbow of the water level indicator. New parts shipped no problem - no cost.

Lets be real, how much can go wrong with the systems, if they are treated properly.

I have bought 2 systems from Brodex in the past 6 months

650ltr & 250ltr systems

I have always bought Ionics equipment before, but due to them NEVER replying to 6 phone calls i made in September last year in relation to me buying another system from them, they COULD NOT be bothered phoning me back 

Oh well, their loss i suppose & Brodex gain.

I am looking at ordering another 650ltr system if things go to plan in the next few months.

I am extremely happy with the systems i have bought & recommend them highly, although i always use Ionics poles to do the work.

Why did u ask a question if you didnt want an answer!? nobody has said that you shouldnt say anything about them but just advised you to give them a call and theyl do what they can to sort it out for you.
i normally deal with sure clean sysytems in omagh (northern Ireland) and have always treated me really well, bought a pole of brodex on monday and it was my first dealings with them, i was impressed at their profesionalism and would deal with them again, but as the rest said i would give them a ring and explain your problem.
Im sure your pretty pis***ed after spending alot of money and you have every reason to express your opinions on here but i dont think anybody would defend a company on here just for the sake of it.
