For RWC

I thought the the last post from Ian covered all the issues and as far as I was concerned, the matter was concluded  to my satisfaction.
You mention Ian's problem , not me - - I had no knowledge of such as after all it is none of my business. I simply read between the lines and presumed something was up and accordingly offered my apologies.
I hope for Ian's sake that the matter is closed.

It is also ressurung seeing a supplier who know what they are talkin on about, on here. It does wonders for my confidence in their businesss practice.

Craig mawalan, glyn howard (is he the old master??) and now alex has gone from the forum, but their lack of a presence wouldn't put me off dealing with them.
With the quality of help they have posted over the years, it hs been the doubters and the intrusive and peosnal questioning, which has been a losss to this forum.
ALthough their proxies are still here, there is nuthin like hearing direct form the  horses mouth.  The trouble was things got personal, and they could only give the same answers to all. Which didn't appease the doubter.
This is a reason why we need more moderators on here. Not someone to crack down with a hammer, but someone who has the ability to steer and diffuse rather than feel under attack.
Dave does well, but is not enough on his own and poeple still try to score points. Ian giles has the respect of the forum, apart from his good info and longevity, he has never been in the firing line as much as king canute from st ives.

Hi guys

As Ian said earlier we do try to reply to emails as soon as possible but unfortunately the last few months have strained our time resources immensely. This isn't an excuse and Davie is right that we (I) should have followed through the email more thoroughly and I apologise for the amount of time it has taken to get a suitable answer to you.

We tend not to hide behind excuses at WCP and we like to think we are upfront with our customers. Ian and myself handle upwards of 20-30 emails a day via WCP and we both have other work commitments too and I will admit that sometimes an email goes amiss or gets lost in the system but I hope that is an exception rather thanth rule.

I will do my best to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Best regards
Brad

Should the title only have been changed when a solution to my WCP was resolved ?  Was it a "Good result"
All that was resolved was the issue of no contact fom WCP.
