Domestic cleaning professionals

hi this may be a silly question to you but not to me as i dont know anything about domestic cleaning ,but with spring/deep cleans or whatever if you arrive at a property & their clothes every where, is this a part of your cleaning just out of intrest marie

I always ensure (and it is in my Terms and Confitions) that the Client is aware we are there to clean, not tidy! If there are clothes everywhere and it makes the room impossible to clean, it won't get cleaned. Unless, of course, the Client is happy to pay us to spend the extra time tidying up after them (they aren't!!)

thanks for that jan, i saw an ad on the web from a cleaning company with photo of room in a big mess,thats why i was curious

Not before I left a really polite note explaining why that room hadn't been cleaned tho!
