« on: February 13, 2010, 09:33:16 pm »
Why haven't all these wfp companys invented a brush with some changable non scratch pads on the sides to remove the bird pooh. Think i might be on to something here. I'm a window cleaner & windows 7 was my idea as well. ;D

I have never had a single problem with bird muck.
I give it plenty of water to rehydrate it then clean the rest of the windows, then come back to the window with bird muck.

hi Ste,

yes the hot does help  but so does just giving it a soak for a couple of minutes before you clean,    letting the water saok on it helps break it up

hi mate.

in a lot of cases of crap and things on glass is to give it a good soak and then clean other windows before coming back to the problem ones,    you will then find them a lot easier to clean.

what I would do if I were you Ste is breeze through to Southport to Brodwx and have a look at some of their systems but I wouldn't make hot your priority unless you have the money to spend but defo recommend a visit to brodex mate.

It's easy to be fooled with bird muck, you think you have left the glass perfectly clean, come back and look again when they are dry, and the sun is low in the sky.
I have a pad on the end of my superlite brush, but it's not that good.
