Hello,
I have a neighbour that after 40 years in welding / fabrication is setting up on his own. He made my tank cage for my new van. I was quoted £390 for a galvanised cage from a known supplier and he made it for £120.
You have a choice of bare metal, primed and painted or galvanised.



I had mine painted to match my van, it was a 350ltr upright tank.
So if anyone wants anything making email me and I will sort a price.

Yeah it's got feet on the frame with bolts through the chassis.

Looks good, he made my internal ladder rack in my primastar. I got fed up with ladders on the roof.

Sorry but that cage is totally useless other than to hold the tank upright and stick a few bits on.

No way is it strong enough to withstand any real collision. It has no real structural integrity with a bare minimum of materials used in the construction. No wonder it's cheap.

just get it spraid red n put a brodex sticker on it...... then its crash proof :
at the end of the day i take it its bolted good? n who would want 2b in a
smash up wiv anything in the bk anyway??? oh & only crash drvin extra slow &
in slow mo.

I use these with a bungee,you can put a bungee hook in the holes and connect the other hook to the Y piece on the pole to prevent movement
