Has anyone had a problem when loading WCP.I have reinstalled vista and asked Ian for a new activation code  3 times now and have been through all troubleshooting ways I can think of .I recieved a java exeption error when opening WCP last night causing(i think)the system to freeze at start up,Couldnt run chkdsk in safemode and got a dreaded blue screen of death. Anyone had a java exeption error when starting WCP? If Ian or brad read this can you please look at my email as I require a activation code for the new serial number on fresh OS

I am guessing that you have recently run a Java update, there is an issue with the latest Java which they are rectifying at present, it also affected my system but had no effect on Ians and many users have found no 'ill effect' from the update although mine and a few others have.

Drop me a line to Brad@windowcleanerpro with your details (we dont record nicknames so cannot ID you!!) and i will sort out activation codes etc for you.

Ian is normally 'on the ball' with emails (more than me sometimes), did you email him directly or via the WCP link? If it was via the link then our system now recognises Gold Support members as they receive priority attention and would stack the emails we receive, we try to respond to emails as quickly as possible.
