i was lucky and got all mine for what it was worth per clean, it was off 3 guys and back then that was the going rate around here even with commerical stuff, some of my commerical i purchased in has earnt me a staggering amount since i paid the money for it, i bet its been the best buy of my life

Yes you got a bargain. But if you were selling up today, would you sell for two times it's take.
Surely a well run and managed round is worth far more than that.

part of me would think " well i will help another starter out with a good deal "

the other part of me would say " its worth alot more than 2 X the clean as its very compact and well priced "

i guess it would depend if i was moving onto bigger and better things ( read earning more money ), then the " helping a starter out would be fav "

I suppose that our rounds are only worth what people will pay for them but I don't see why a good established round should just be assumed to be worth two times it's monthly.
