Your email will be in our system, due to the number of customers we have onboard with us we have had to implement a sub-program that identifies emails from Gold Support members so as to prioritise their requests as per the support packages. This doesn't mean we have forgotten or ignoring you though, one of the benefits of our Gold Support is a priority response but we will do our beat to get all emails answered and actioned as soon as possible
