How are they taking it Dazmond ?

No price rises for me this year, just a whole new round to build up.

im making some changes to mine now, the biggest being swapping over to wfp, custy's keep telling me they are expecting a rise and i have told them it will be coming soon, i want to get some more customers first though so that if i do lose some it wont hurt as much.

Got one customer though who thinks they are the bee's knee's with a big house and there own business, i clean both the house and the business windows, they are by and far the worst payers and the wife always moans about how much they owe, they wouldnt owe it if they paid on time all the time, i cant wait to ditch them as they really do p me off big time. Cant afford to at the moment though as it is a well priced job

her brother in law used to own a company that cleans and restores upvc, i think she wants him to do it but he has gone bust, so she reluctanly has to keep me, they used to live in a 2 bed semi and moved to a big 4 bedroom house and spent a lot of money doing it up, as part of the refurb i think she got something stuck in her neck as she now cant help but look down her nose at everything.

window wipers ive not lost one.......yet!i have a very established round and a lot are underpriced to what i charge now so bringing them into line or at least improve my hourly rate a bit! ;D ;D

i can really see now how my hourly rate will increase dramatically on my bigger properties with the double whammy of prices hikes and switching to wfp. ;D ;)

im looking forward to spring/summer now with improved earnings/new van(around july time) then eventually wfp.

i will be getting some leaflets printed up for my extras work and logo d polo shirts etc.

exciting times for me and my business as i coasted along aimlessly for years doing this job!im slowly turning it around into a cracking little business! ;D ;D

(bout time an all!!! ;) ;D ;D

best wishes

Good on ya Dazmond.

Can't wait to start all over again in April. I've learnt so much from when I first started.
