round size
« on: February 07, 2010, 08:23:04 pm »
we always hear people saying how big there round is, by means of how many customers they have.

Is it just me, or is the round "valuation" actually more important than the figure of customers

for instance, someone can have 200 custys at a fiver each which is £1000, whereas the next bloke might have 100 custys at a tenner each, thats also £1000.

To be totally honest, im not sure on the amount of custys i have, last time i checked it was just over 100 but i know exactly how much my round is worth :D

so are we. You posted it on here when you were making your mate a partner.

George gives you this figure automatically as round value. For one person 6k is big.

your round 2k, you posted that, round value in george means value of every job done once.
For example many of my jobs are eight weekly or longer so the figure is misleading. As ewan says round valuation is probably the sale price.

One firm on this forum had 28,000 domestic accounts. That's a big round even if there are several of you.
