I have a drygard flexi 5(as seen on restormate site but silver)along with a big tub of sponges and 4x5 litres of presprays/spotters etc you can have for £1200.It is the same principal as the host freestyle(see me using the host on
www.drycleancarpets.co.uk
)and would be more suitable for homes because of its size.Feel free to give me a bell on 07878601150 if you either want the kit or require an insight into the pros and cons of DRY cleaning as opposed to STEAM.Regards Alan Turner(SWINDON)

Alan
how does the flexi 5 compare with the host machine?
My host machine which I much prefered over the envirodry has died after 15 years service.

Mark in peoples house the smaller flexi5 is easier but on large commercial thats where the Host Freestyle comes into its own so just depends what kind of work you are doing.Best have both i think.Regards Alan(swindon)

I would if I was you go on a training course to realise the benefits and limitations of dry carpet cleaning before investing in any machinery. I use all the different methods of cleaning and the dry powder is the system that I use the least. The majority of jobs I do, dry powder will not give me the results that I am looking for.

SB if you think you can get enough DRY work then yes its worth the money but from your early posts i assume you dont have a diary full so would suggest you work out how much good DRY equipment along with WET you could buy for this sort of outlay(always good kit coming up on this forum and ebay). Most people i know have a bit of mix and match approach to cover more bases where work is available.Regards Alan(swindon)
