First time I did them they were desperate for a cleaner 'cos the office block was expecting some big wig and they had never been cleaned

You won't get the contract back, but for your own satisfaction write and ask them "So where have your 'other' window cleaners been for the last 18 months?"

Hmmmm haven't been paid either for the last clean at the beginning of December - don't like the look of this.
