How do you move jobs up and down on the diary view so i can put the in order!

Don't know if it changes on Diary View but if you go to 'System' on the menu then 'Round Order' you can change the job order  ;)

Ditto - change the job order in Round Order as 4Taz says above.  Drag and drop in to the order you required for that round.  This will then be reflected in Diary View.
